Parental Guarantor Info

At The Woodlands of Clemson, each resident is required to have a guarantor.

  • This person certifies that if a resident is unable to pay rent, the guarantor will assume responsibility.
  • Not a parent? No problem! A guardian, family member, or another adult may also act as a resident’s lease guarantor.
  • Sample Form: A sample of our guarantor form can be found under the Leasing tab in Forms & Documents.
  • How It Works: When the resident submits your information, Woodlands Management will send you the form to complete online for a digital signature.
