Move-in day is
Wednesday, August 12th this year! We’re so excited to welcome you to your new home. To make sure the day goes smoothly, here’s everything you need to know.
📅 Schedule Your Move-In Appointment

You will receive a
confirmation email with your move-in date and time. Please make sure you and your roommates are all scheduled before move-in day.
📝 Forms, Fees & Deposits
ALL forms, fees, and deposits must be completed by every tenant on the lease in order to pick up keys.
⚠️ If any roommate hasn’t completed their leasing requirements,
no one will be able to receive keys.
💰 Rent
Rent is due August 1st, even though your lease begins August 12th.
✅ All rent must be paid in full by all tenants before anyone can pick up keys on move-in day.
⚡Utilities
- Power & Water must be scheduled to start no later than August 12th.
- Bring proof of utility set-up to your move-in appointment.
- Internet & cable can be scheduled to start anytime after move-in.
