Our 3-bedroom condos start at $1,800.00 and up total per month. If there were three people leasing this would be $600.00 and up for each person each month. All utilities are separate from the lease amount and will vary depending on usage.

This floor plan offers 1,366 square feet of living space, including built-in desks & walk-in closets in each bedroom, along with a private porch on every unit. All 3 bedroom/3 bath garden condos are on the first & second floor of buildings 700 through 1200.
3 Bedroom Flat Style
This floor plan offers 1,396 square feet of living space, including hardwood floors in the living room as well as front & back porches. All 3 bedroom/3 bath flats are on the first floor of buildings 400 & 600.
3 Bedroom Townhome
This floor plan offers 1,369 square feet of living space, including hardwood flooring in the living room, a built-in bookshelf, one bedroom/bathroom suite is on the main floor & two bedroom/bathroom suites are upstairs with vaulted ceilings. All 3 bedroom/3 bath townhomes are on the second floor of buildings 400 & 600.
