Moving into your new apartment? Here’s everything you need to know to get your power, water, and internet/cable set up so your first day goes smoothly.
🔌Power
All buildings are serviced through Duke Energy. Contact them directly to set up power for your new apartment.
- When providing your service address, use The Woodlands address and include your unit number

💧Water
- Townhome or Flat Style units (Buildings 100–600): You must set up water through the City of Clemson.
- Garden Style units: Water is billed monthly through Oates Energy. Woodlands Management will provide Oates Energy with your names and addresses for billing purposes.
- When providing your service address, use The Woodlands address and include your unit number.

🌐 Internet & Cable
Setting up internet and cable is optional, but you’re welcome to do so. Two providers service our area: AT&T and Vyve Broadband. Use whichever company you prefer.
