How long are your leases?
12 months; August through July

Are leases joint or individual?

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is considered late after the 5th.
A 10% late fee is imposed after the 5th.
Are utilities included in the rent?
All utilities are separate from rent.
What appliances come with the unit?
Each unit comes equipped with:
- Washer & Dryer
- Refrigerator
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Disposal
Is parking assigned?
Parking is not assigned, but each resident is given their own parking pass. You must have a pass to park on the property — if you do not, you must park in a visitor spot.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! Some of our units are pet-friendly. A nonrefundable $300 pet fee is due at the time the pet comes on the property.
Is the clubhouse open 24 hours a day?
The clubhouse is open to residents from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
