MOVE IN DAY
Welcome To The Woodlands!
Move in day is Friday, August 11th this year! Please be sure you & your roommate(s) are prepared. Here’s a little information you need to know for/about the big day:
Please make an appointment at admin@woodlandsmanagment.com for your move-in time.
FORMS/FEES:
ALL forms, fees & deposits MUST be paid by EVERYONE on the lease in order for anyone to pick up keys on move in day. If you or any of your roommates have not completed their part of the leasing file, no one will receive keys. If you’d like to check the status of your leasing file, please feel free to contact us.
RENT:
Rent is due August 1st even though your lease does not begin until August 11th.
UTILITIES:
Power & water MUST be scheduled to begin no later than August 11th. You may have internet & cable scheduled to begin whenever you like.
On move-in day, please come to our office at 422 College Avenue, Suite 400, Clemson, SC 29631 at your scheduled move-in appointment time.
