Power
All buildings are serviced through Duke Energy. Please contact Duke directly to set up your power for your new apartment. When they ask for your service address, you’ll give them The Woodlands address, but be sure to include your unit number.

Water
If you will be moving into a townhome or flat style unit (buildings 100-600) you will need to set up water through the City of Clemson. If you will be moving into a Garden Style Unit, the water will be billed to you each month through Woodlands Management. When they ask for your service address, you’ll give them The Woodlands address, but be sure to include your unit number.

Internet & Cable
You are not required to set up internet or cable, but are more than welcome to. There are two providers that service our area: AT&T and Northland Cable. You’re welcome to use whichever company you’d like to. When they ask for your service address, you’ll give them The Woodlands address, but be sure to include your unit number.
