The staff here at The Woodlands of Clemson want you to know that we are here to answer your questions and/or handle your concerns 24/7. If you ever need anything and it’s after hours, you will reach our live answering service; not a machine.

We will respond to you the same day for emergencies and the same or following day for non-emergencies. We are also parents and know how it feels to be away from children, regardless of age or distance. Just let us know what we can do for you and we will do our best to do so expeditiously. Rather than only correspond with one another concerning rent payments, we would prefer to have a constant and open line of communication with all of the residents’ parents.

Parental Guarantor Info

At The Woodlands of Clemson community, each resident is required to have a guarantor. This person certifies that in the event that a resident does not pay their rent, the guarantor will. Not a parent? Not a problem! A guardian, family member or another adult may also act as a resident’s lease guarantor. Our guarantor form can be found under the leasing tab in forms & documents.
