Thank you for reporting your maintenance issues! This helps us tremendously to keep the unit in the best condition possible. Once you put in your maintenance request, please inform your roommates – this way everyone in the unit is aware maintenance will be inside the unit. Per the lease, maintenance is performed Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. If the maintenance request is an emergency, please be aware maintenance may be inside the unit outside of these hours.
