The Woodlands of Clemson is not corporately owned. Therefore, from time to time, owners offer units for sale. If you are in need of a realtor or have a purchase inquiry, please contact us. Woodlands Management of Clemson, Inc. is owned and operated by Tal Slann. Tal is a licensed realtor with The Monaghan Company, a local real estate brokerage firm.
There are currently a handful of units being offered for sale. The most common questions are regarding price and the home owner association fees. The HOA dues are set at $140, $160, and $180 per month for a two, three and four-bedroom unit respectively.
